Oszvald Collection

Following the Minkkinen Collection, I began experimenting with the effects of termites on different types of wood. This collection is the result of their work on Populus Alba wood. Each lamp in this collection is unique, with the form and dimensions dictated by the shape of the wood. I used white paint on the wood to highlight the indentations and protrusions.

I named the collection after Noell Oszvald, whose simplicity and purity of form in her photographs have always captivated me.
